Tools for Practice Tuesday– Intro2SW Twitter Chat
This past Sunday was the inaugural “Intro To Social Work” twitter chat. I have talked about twitter chats in the past. I find twitter chats a great way to share resources and thoughts. I have shared many great resources that I have heard with both my colleagues and followers.
So every Sunday evening at 9pm est (8 CST) this chat will continue to discuss issues relevant to the first steps the social work profession. It was great to see the energy and hearing stories about why others chose social work. Some talked about how they felt social work chose them (myself included). I know I will continue to stop by to see what thoughts or resources are shared. I felt like I learned a lot and felt energized by this, I look forward to seeing more.
