..This article concisely outlines interventions during an acute suicidal episode and potential ways to respond. I like the emphasis on coordinating care and the need for family involvement. It presents a nice menu of clincal interventions to choose from. Hopefully there is one that you or organization can utilize to assist suicidal youth.
