Keeping your staff motivated and productive is a tough job.  The right strategies and support can reduce burn-out and keep your workforce productive and providing your clients the best care.  For behavioral health or healthcare agencies, non-profits, and schools, I provide customized training and consultation on the below topics, as well as the impact of technology in these areas;

    • Social Media- Being savvy in the use of social media has the power to connect professionals with resources, enhance practice, and participate in advocacy efforts.  I can help you or your organization leverage the power of social media.
    • Therapeutic Alliance- “Being on the same page” is important. There are a lot of research and tools to assist in maintaining a positive relationship between you and the individuals you serve.
    • Crisis Intervention- Assisting those in mental health crisis is important. I can assist you knowing the assessments and interventions to do so.
    • Care Coordination– Seamless care for individuals in health and behavioral healthcare is important. An awareness of the skills and tools to do achieve this is critical. I want to help build that right mix between technology and human touch.
