Tools For Practice Tuesday: Formstack

Continuing my series of tools learned about at #HIMSS18. I was introduced to Formstack in an interesting way… socks…that’s right I said socks. Their marketing department reached out prior to the conference and sent me some Formstack socks..

Socks being put aside I went to their booth to learn more about what they were all about. Formstack is a user friendly way of building online forms. Although I met them at a healthcare conference, they work with a variety of industries. Their well thought out user interface can also extend beyond forms to assist with your busy workflow. They offer a wide variety of templates and have the ability to support online forms in other industries including government, finance, higher education, and marketing.

I found their way to build and customize forms intuitive and user friendly. On the social work/non profit side of my interests, Formstack is a promising platform to build forms and surveys online. Hearing from healthcare organizations lead them to work with companies to develop HIPAA compliant customized forms. And thanks to the HIPAA compliant nature your can place them right on your website and work with them to put it in your EHR. From the case management perspective being able to easily create intake paperwork and questionnaires to be filled out between sessions…

So if you are looking for a user friendly way to build customized forms (and maybe get some cool socks) check out Formstack. You can learn more about Formstack…
